About me:

• I feel real estate is a rewarding, interesting and exciting career.
• I was born in Greeley.
• I've been in the business since 1974 when my father-in-law convinced me to become a Realtor. He opened Stoll Realty in 1945 and had offices in Greeley,
  Loveland, Windsor, and Estes Park, Colorado.
• Each day brings something new to my life..new challenges, new people, new experiences…like…2 of my favorite listing stories:
  • I had a house listed that the renter had 16 rattlesnakes in cages all around the house. I couldn't get anyone to tour my new listing….. not even the appraiser when the renter decided to buy it!
  • I had a very nice home listed and I had to go out of town and left my business with Rhonda Giles. I received a "Contract to Purchase" on the home while I was gone and Rhonda had to present the contract to the owner…who was in jail!! She had to take his mother (who was in her 80's and was crying most of the time) along with her because only family was allowed for visitations. When she met with him she didn't recognize him because he had to remove his toupee! (We did get that one closed after some legal situations were taken care of!
• I own Stoll Realty and I have 5 Broker Associates working for me, Bill Hall, Ryan Scallon, Hollis Berendt, Mark Zigray and Gary White.
• I attended the University of Northern Colorado majoring in Business and Fine Arts which helps me to this day with my business and with color decorating ideas.
• I'm involved in my community:
  • I served as Chairwomen for Greeley's Cancer Society
  • I belong to Beta Sigma Phi, a social and cultural group
  • I belong to and did volunteer work for the Greeley Chamber of Commerce.
  • I belong to Evans and Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
  • I donate my time to committee work for the Greeley Area Realtor Association. I also belong to the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
  • I am an e-PRO which is learning everything there is to know about the internet for Real Estate purposes
  • I was voted "Favorite Realtor" people's choice of northern Colorado in 2004.
• I have 2 grown children. My son, Rod lives in Orlando, Florida (which is a great place to visit!) and my daughter, Kristi, lives in Marina Del Ray, California (which is another great place to visit!)

I enjoy:

• Spending time with my kids
• Getting involved with "Reliv", a natural food science product that has helped me stay healthy and energetic.
• Reading a good book
• Going to a seminar where I learn about the human spirit
  Traveling
• Going to a funny movie
• Painting or drawing
• Shopping
• Eating ice cream
