Don Brazelton

I am a Colorado native and grew up on a ranch on the north edge of Black Forest near Colorado Springs. My knowledge of and love for the country lifestyle began early as I grew up doing chores farming everything from alfalfa to wheat, irrigating, haying and working with cattle and horses.

I have a good understanding of water rights and Colorado Water Law, having worked for the Colorado Division of Water Resources as a Water Commissioner here in Northern Colorado. The 30 plus years of experience with all facets of water I feel will be a benefit to anyone seeking to purchase or sell a farm or ranch.

I have called Greeley home since 1972 when we (me and my wife of 39 years) moved here after serving 4 years in the United States Air Force. We live just outside of the City of Greeley on a small agreage. While I am a little bit country, Carolyn is a bit of city gal and together we own and operate Brazelton Realty, Inc., where her focus is on the City properties.

I have been in Real Estate here in Greeley since 1982 and I still have a love for the farm and ranch life, leading me to focus on country real estate from small tracts to large farms and ranches.

I learn something everyday and I will put the knowledge I have gathered thus far to work for you, making your next real estate sale or purchase as stress-free as possible.
