Personal Information

• I have lived in Greeley, CO since 1987 with a two year break (1995-1997) in Hurricane, West Virginia - Great Experience!!
• I was born in Arlington, TX and raised in Harvard, Nebraska...I can claim that I graduated from Harvard!
• I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managing Human Resources from Colorado Christian University in Denver, CO. This education was a key factor in helping me learn the importance of communicating with, appreciating and understanding the dreams and goals of people.
• I am married to a wonderful husband, Randy, who has 35 years experience in the home-building business. He and I are currently working together in our Real Estate Comapny-Metro Brokers/Rouse Realty.
• We have six wonderful children (Zac, Drew, Hannah, Amy, Scott & Bethany) and five beautiful, lively, and funny grandchildren (Isaiah, Kai, Micky, Noah, and Coehn).
• Our children have spouses with whom we feel very blessed to have in our families (Carli, Amanda, Eric, and Kaimen).

Experience

I started in the real estate business in 2000 after having decided with my husband that a home-building/real estate partnership was a good idea. Prior to that, I worked at State Farm Insurance Companies for 13 years in both the Homeowner's and Commercial Lines Departments. I was an Underwriter, Field Underwriter, and Supervisor in both areas, so I came into real estate with an understanding of both homes and business.

In 2000 and 2001, the home-building business was booming so it was a great way to start my career. I gained so much experience in those first two years! Not only through the sales but through my friend and mentor, Carolyn Brazelton, who employed me until I started my own company in 2002.

These past years have been a great opportunity for me to meet so many wonderful folks and has given me a sense of peace and happiness in knowing I have and will continue to help families find their dream homes. My commitment, openness, loyalty, and honesty to my clients are something I take very seriously.
