• I have lived in Greeley since 1965
• I graduated from University of Northern Colorado
• BA Degree in Consumer Education which prepared me in areas of Economics, Designing and Decorating New Construction as well as areas of expertise in Clothing construction and Food Preparation
• My husband Don and I have raised our sons Kendal and Kevin here in Greeley where they attended Dayspring Christian Schools.
• Our greatest love is our sons and their families. Kendal is married to Tiffany and they have two girls Savannah and Madeline. Kevin is married to Valerie and they have a dog Tyson.

REAL ESTATE CAREER
My goal from the beginning of my career in Real Estate was to become as knowledgeable as I could and stay current with the market trends. This led me to first get the following designations:

• GRI designation in 1988
• CRS designation in 1995 - Just 5% of Realtors in US attain this designation
• E-Pro designation in 2003 which is a complete study of internet marketing

Going to my clients home, having him to come to the door dressed only in a towel and as he took the papers I brought to him his towel fell off. Oops - you just hate having that happen.
